Once the product has been used or the seal has been opened, no refund or replacement will be provided. Please check the product before opening the seal.

2. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement only if:

  • The product you received is damaged, broken, or leaked during transit.

  • The seal is already open or tampered with at the time of delivery.

3. Process for Refund or Replacement

If your product meets the above conditions:

  2. Provide your order ID, unboxing video, and photos showing the damage or open seal.

  3. After verification, we will either issue a replacement or a refund as per your preference.

4. Refund Timeline

Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

5. Important Notes

  • Returns are not accepted for change of mind or dissatisfaction after use.

  • We reserve the right to reject claims that do not meet our policy conditions.
