  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Once processed, you will receive an email or WhatsApp confirmation with tracking details.


2. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on your location.

  • Delivery to remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.

  • We use trusted courier partners to ensure timely and safe delivery.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available on selected products or above a minimum order value (if applicable).

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before final payment.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
You can use this number to track your shipment on the courier partner’s website.


5. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order is damaged, broken, or leaking upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share your order ID, photos, and an unboxing video for quick verification.

  • We will replace or refund the product as per our Refund Policy.


6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct at the time of checkout.
We are not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Unreachable contact numbers

  • Refusal to accept delivery

In such cases, reshipping charges may apply.


7. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
We deliver only within India at this time.
